What You’ll Be Involved In
In this role, you will participate in a structured, guided onboarding period designed to help you build competence in key agri-business and office-support functions, including:
- Financial analysis and agri-business budgeting
- Business operations, administration, and record keeping
- Customer service and client support for agri-business settings
- Sales support, product knowledge, and solution-based communication
- Working with digital tools and common business software
- Exposure to risk management principles used in agriculture
Who We’re Looking For
This opportunity is well suited to individuals who are:
- Skilled immigrants with legal entitlement to work in Canada
- Holding a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred)
- Demonstrating Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 6.5–7
