Junior Managers: The Total Compensation is made up of a base salary and a commission incentive. The average total income in the first year is $55-$65K, including the salary and commission earnings. It is possible to receive a promotion to a Senior Rep title within 8-12 months, in which case the expected yearly salary increases to$ 80-$120K.

Senior Managers: Senior Rep total compensation is made up of a base salary and a commission incentive. The average income in the first year is $80-$120K, including the salary and commission earnings. It is possible to receive a promotion to a Department Director position within 8-12 months, in which case the expected yearly salary increases to $200K+.
