Speiro is seeking a seasoned Director of Investments and Financing to lead our investment strategy and financial structuring efforts. In this executive role, you will oversee the identification, analysis, and acquisition of lucrative real estate opportunities, as well as the strategic planning of financial models to maximize returns and growth. Responsibilities
- Lead the identification and assessment of investment opportunities, ensuring alignment with Speiro’s strategic goals.
- Oversee financial structuring, including debt and equity financing, to optimize investment returns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of investment strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key financial partners, including banks, investors, and other financial institutions.
- Provide strategic oversight for the portfolio, adjusting strategies in response to market changes and investment performance.
