Work Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Position Type: Contract until Dec 15, 2026; with potential for extension

Location: Toronto Downtown, ON

Pay rate: $35/hr - $40/hr

Our client is seeking an HR Data Analyst, responsible for managing contractor entries and updating employee data, ensuring accurate employee information across both systems. The ideal candidate will have knowledge in JD Edwards and Oracle Fusion, with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. A strong technical background with experience in computer science or IT disciplines, as well as previous exposure to HR data entry process, is required to test modifications to test data modifications and subsequent feeds to HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Data Management (80%)

• Enter and maintain contractor information in the JD Edwards (JDE) system

• Perform regular updates of employee data from JD Edwards (JDE) to Oracle Fusion

• Identify and resolve data discrepancies between JDE and Oracle Fusion

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of contractor and employee information in both systems

• Verify and validate contractor credentials and documentation

• Document data validation procedures to prevent future discrepancies

• Generate reports on contractor and employee data for validation purposes

User Support and Training (20%)

• Updating system documentation for new upgrades for Oracle Fusion

• Provide system support to users
