Position Description

You will serve as a FACILITY & PLANT PLANNING SECTION LEAD in the Commanding Officer of FLTREADCEN EAST.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

- You will monitor work progress, review methods, procedures, deadlines, and quality of work accomplished, and provides technical guidance as needed.
- You will establish methods and manage the development, implementation, and modification of applicable depot instructions, processes, procedures, sand desktop guides for assigned functional areas.
- You will resolve problems associated with management, design, execution, and implementation processes.
- You will provide technical expertise to achieve productivity and process improvements to ensure adequate equipment, facilities, and infrastructure are available to meet customers’ capacity and capability requirements.
- You will provide customer support and builds/maintains internal and external customer relationships within assigned areas.
