Can-Tech Services is currently looking for candidates for a Full time position located in the North York Area (Keele & Steels) to work as a Spray-Painter (powder coating) on Days.
Shift Time: Day Shift - Monday to Thursday 7:00 am to 4:15 pm, Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm with potential shifts on the weekend
Pay Rate: $21.75 /hr.
JOB DUTIES as Spray Painter (Powder Coatings)
- Painting the material
- Loading powder paint into the booths
- Cleaning the booths and changing colours as required
- Switching the booths from one to another
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Familiar with using powder paints and using the painting equipment
- Knowledge of powder coats and powder system
- Ability to set up guns for even flow of parts
- Knowledge of how much paint to apply for even coating of parts
- Consistently follows health and safety general rules and procedures
- Demonstrates good initiative for working safely and participating in Health and Safety
- Confined Space Training an asset
