A career as a Chief Business Analyst at National Bank means playing a strategic and cross-functional analysis role within the CTO Performance & Evolution team.

Within a transforming organization, you play a central role in structuring, aligning, coordinating and evolving key processes under the responsibility of the CTO.

Your mandate is focused on aligning cross-functional reporting, from the operational level to executive bodies and orchestrating cross-functional CTO governance, in support of decision-making. You stand out for your spirit of synthesis and your executive pen.

Your job

- Analyze and structure cross-functional reporting needs, ensuring consistency between operational, tactical and executive levels
- Define and evolve reporting frameworks (indicators, narratives, frequencies)
- Analyze, document and evolve the CTO's cross-functional governance processes (committees, roles, decision-making mechanisms)
- Support the preparation of structured content for accountability bodies and committees.
Play the role of facilitator between stakeholders to ensure high quality content in a smooth process

Your team

Within the Technology sector, you are part of a large team of about thirty colleagues and report to the Senior Director Reporting & Orchestration in the CTO Performance & Evolution team. Prerequisites

- Completed bachelor's or master's degree, related to the sector of activity and 7 to 10 years of relevant experience;
- Experience in business process improvement and analysis
- Experience in reporting and project management
- Experience in research, market intelligence, synthesis and executive writing
- Mastery of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
- Have the ability to popularize technical or specialized information at an executive level
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional team, managing multiple priorities, or ambiguous situations and challenging complex topics
- Knowledge of banking and the information security industry are assets.

Languages:

English, French
