Lumper (On-Call / Part time / Full-Time Opportunity)

We are seeking reliable and physically capable Lumpers to join our team servicing Brampton and surrounding areas. This role is focused on hand unloading floor-loaded containers and trailers, building pallets to exact warehouse specifications, and staging completed loads efficiently.

The ideal candidate is comfortable with heavy, repetitive physical work, can maintain a strong pace, and takes pride in building clean, stable pallets.

You must be able to travel to multiple locations.
Reliable transportation is REQUIRED (no exceptions).

Responsibilities:

- Hand unload containers and trailers efficiently (floor-loaded product)
- Sort, organize, and build pallets to exact warehouse specifications (height, pattern, and stability)
- Wrap pallets securely for transport and storage
- Stage completed pallets in designated areas using: Pump trucks (manual/electric pallet jacks) Forklifts or other MHE (where applicable)
- Maintain pace and productivity to meet load completion targets
- Follow all site safety protocols and warehouse requirements
- Clean working area

Physical Requirements:





- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Capable of performing continuous physical labour (lifting, bending, walking, stacking) for extended periods
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-output environments

Experience & Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a lumper is an asset
- Experience in warehouse environments, including:
- Container / trailer unloading (floor-loaded)
- Pallet building and stacking to specifications
- Order picking and general labour
- Experience operating equipment such as:
- Pump trucks (manual or electric pallet jacks)
- Forklifts, clamp trucks, cherry pickers (asset, not required)
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Reliable, consistent, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Job Types: Full time, Part-time

Pay: $1,000.00-$2,000.00 per week
