We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Worker to join our team. This role supports daily building operations, completes minor repairs, and helps ensure a safe, well‑maintained environment for residents.

Responsibilities

- Perform minor repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and ventilation systems as directed
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies; make small purchases when needed
- Respond to resident maintenance requests and complete minor repairs
- Conduct daily building system inspections when assigned
- Assist skilled trades (electricians, plumbers, carpenters, mechanics)
- Help prepare apartment units for current residents
- Follow all safety and security procedures
- Move or transport heavy equipment and supplies
- Operate company vehicles (valid driver’s license required)

Qualifications

- General maintenance experience
- Basic knowledge of building systems
- Ability to lift and move heavy items
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
