Timbro Contracting is seeking a full time, ambitious, and skilled Heavy Civil Construction Foreman with minimum 3-4 years of experience. The role of our Pipelayer Foreman is to lead on site crew labourers responsible for installation of main utilities ( sanitary, storm, water) , following design drawings and specifications. We are expecting you to have solid experience in construction, great interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, work well under pressure and ability to make decisions in complex situations. The individual for this position needs to be capable of working out of town.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze project drawings, contract documents, and tender documents to develop construction plans for your crew.
- Lead construction site ensuring workers follow to construction plans efficiently and safely.




- Prepare and enforce employee schedules and construction timelines.
- Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, project managers, engineers, and clients in a skilled manner.
- Develop daily reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience safely leading and managing crews and equipment in a civil construction environment.
- Experience in underground utilities is a must.
- Valid First Aid Level 2 certification (required).
- Experience in roadwork and earthwork is an asset.
- Ability to operate all types of heavy equipment in a safe and productive manner.
- Salary depends on experience.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $35.95-$45.31 per hour
