Roles & Responsibilities:

- Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee daily interior finishing activities, including tiling, painting, false ceiling installation, plastering, stone cladding, and carpentry.

- Design Implementation: Interpret architectural and interior design drawings to ensure the accurate, on-site execution of layouts, aesthetic details, and material specifications.

- Quality Control & Snagging: Maintain high quality standards, conduct inspections, and prepare “snag lists” (defect lists) to ensure rectification before final handover to clients.

- Coordination & Vendor Management: Liaise with architects, interior designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and material timely delivery.

- Material Management: Calculate material quantities, monitor usage to minimize waste,



and check the quality of materials received on-site.

- Project Scheduling: Plan daily and weekly tasks to ensure interior work is completed within project timelines.

Skills Required:

- Robust understanding of interior finishing materials (tiles, wooden flooring, paints, veneers, marbles) and modern installation techniques.

- Should have knowledge on material management, quality assurance, snagging, BOQ Verification.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD for reviewing drawings and MS Office for progress reporting.
