As an Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be supporting the sales team and other members of the Administrative and Accounting team
Duties and responsibilities:
- Entering sales orders
- Entering invoice payments
- Entering Purchase Invoices
- Reviewing and reconciling invoices
- Bank account and credit card reconciliations
- General office administrative duties
- Assisting with other tasks as required

- Accounting/finance experience
- Experience with accounting software
- Experience with Syspro or similar software is considered an asset
- You communicate and work well with a team
- You’re computer savvy
- You have experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
