We are looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day upkeep of our hotel property. This is a hands-on position responsible for repairs, preventative maintenance, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.

Responsibilities:

- Perform daily building walk-throughs (interior and exterior)
- Complete general repairs (plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, HVAC)
- Respond to maintenance work orders in a timely manner
- Manage out-of-order rooms and ensure timely repairs
- Communicate room status updates with Front Desk and Housekeeping
- Perform preventative maintenance in guest rooms and public areas
- Perform rotating weekly, quarterly, and annual maintenance tasks
- Maintain pool chemical levels and equipment
- Assist with grounds maintenance, including lawn care and snow removal




- Keep maintenance logs and inspection records up to date
- Coordinate with outside service providers when needed
- Maintain tools, equipment, and supply inventory

Qualifications:

- Previous maintenance or building experience required
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be available for emergency on-call situations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
