Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and attentive customer service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using TouchBistro POS
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, and restaurant policies to assist guests effectively
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed during food preparation, serving, and sanitation practices
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food delivery and address any guest requests or concerns promptly

Requirements





- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Familiarity with POS systems such as TouchBistro is preferred but not mandatory.
- Solid time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude that creates a welcoming environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and change calculation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
- Kitchen experience or understanding of food preparation processes is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential!
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
