Location: Cambridge, ON (daily reporting to our Kitchener shop)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Compensation: $24.00–$28.00 per hour (based on experience)

National Remediation & Renovation Inc. is a growing restoration and renovation company specializing in high-quality residential renovation and property restoration projects throughout Southwestern Ontario.
Our renovation division is expanding, and we are looking for skilled, motivated individuals to join our team as Renovation Technicians. Whether you are an experienced crew member looking for long-term stability or someone ready to grow into a Crew Leader role, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Working On
Our projects include:
- Bathroom renovations
- Basement finishing
- Kitchen renovations
- Interior reconstruction following restoration projects
- Residential renovations and repairs
- Interior finishing and custom carpentry
Responsibilities
As a Renovation Technician, you will be responsible for a variety of renovation and construction tasks, including:
- Transporting company vehicles, tools, equipment, and crew members to and from project sites.
- Assisting with site preparation, protection, and construction of temporary containment barriers when required.
- Performing demolition, material handling, job site cleanup, and maintaining company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
- Completing high-quality interior finishing work with attention to detail, including:
- Framing
- Insulation and vapour barrier installation
- Drywall installation
- Taping, sanding, and priming
- Baseboard, casing, trim, and finish carpentry
- Textured ceiling application
- Flooring installation (LVP, laminate, tile, carpet, etc.)
- Performing additional renovation tasks as required to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Experience with basic plumbing or electrical work is considered an asset but is not required.

- Possess a valid Ontario driver's licence (G licence preferred) with a clean driving record.
- Have a clean criminal background.
- Previous renovation or construction experience is strongly preferred.
A high school diploma, apprenticeship, or related trade education is considered an asset but is not required.
