We are relocating from an existing clinic to a larger unit to expand our services. We have a steady patient base relocating to the new location. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide qualified massage therapy services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Duties

- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities.
- Conduct client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and discuss goals and expectations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment notes and progress reports.
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend follow-up treatments or lifestyle adjustments as needed.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients by adhering to sanitation and safety protocols.




- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and practice productivity.
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements to maintain licensure.

Qualifications

- Valid state licensure as a Registered Massage Therapist.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health conditions.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining treatment procedures and listening effectively to client concerns.
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided as needed.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a caring attitude at all times.
