Tiff's Bar & Restaurant is seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team Full Time. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming setting.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise entry
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management, ensuring all guests are attended to in a timely manner
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards in all areas including food handling and serving stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and timely delivery to guests
- Assist with restaurant setup, breakdown,



and sanitation procedures to uphold health regulations
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Qualifications

- 1-2 Years of previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to upsell menu items confidently.
- Flexibility to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
