Nani's Gelato is an artisan gelato company with on site production facilities at each of our locations! Our team is seeking a qualified and motivated candidate to join our gelato making team.
This is a part time position and an exciting opportunity for anyone trained in the culinary dessert sector. You will be learning and making gelato from scratch daily and have the opportunity to participate in flavor innovation.
The individual will be responsible for:
- Providing prep support in the back of the house kitchen operations
- Making, blending and extracting gelato
- Support dish washing and general kitchen organization
- Maintain and track inventory levels
A qualified candidate ideally has culinary training and experience, but it is not required. The position is fast paced and very fun (we make gelato all day!). Our shop is open year round. The candidate might work 2-3 weekdays and 1-2 weekend shifts per week or as needed. The position runs morning, afternoon or evening shifts.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
