- Mechanics utilize 4 day work schedules, Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday (10 hour shifts)
- Flexible Shifts - 40 hours over 4-5 days

Responsibilities:

- Working alongside our team of mechanics to perform the following:
- Preventative and scheduled repairs
- Perform PM Services, Annual Inspections, Engine Aftertreatment & General Repairs
- Inspect entire truck vehicle and road test to ensure repairs are complete
- Test systems and components using computerized diagnostic and other testing devices to isolate faults




- Perform Ministry of Transportation vehicle and truck inspections as per Ministry guidelines

- Requirements:
- Mechanic should be able to use current technology to ensure vehicle safety and performance
- Mechanic should be very detail oriented
- Interested in the transportation industry
- Mechanic must be safety minded
- Takes initiative to learn recent tasks
- Time management and organizational skills

Qualifications

- Licensed 310T Truck Mechanic certification
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and maintenance tasks
- Experience with electrical systems and schematics
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation
- Team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00-$44.00 per hour
