Duties

- Deliver professional hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styles with precision and creativity
- Provide excellent customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and offering tailored recommendations
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
- Upsell retail products such as shampoos, conditioners, styling tools,



and hair treatments to enhance client results and boost sales
- Manage front desk responsibilities by greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling client inquiries efficiently
- Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized after each use to meet health standards

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Expertise in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, styling, and chemical treatments
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures to uphold health and safety regulations
- Ability to effectively upsell retail products in a friendly and informative manner
- Excellent communication skills to clearly understand client needs and explain styling options
- Experience in retail sales within a salon or beauty environment is preferred
- Proficiency in front desk operations such as appointment scheduling and client management
