We're looking for hardworking, reliable Road Labourers to join our crew for the remainder of the 2026 season.

Job Duties

As a Road Labourer, you'll be an essential part of our asphalt maintenance and construction crew. This hands-on role involves road preparation, pothole repairs, paving, sealcoating, crack filling, and line painting. You'll operate tools such as blowers, sweepers, compactors, and torches; drive vehicles with trailers; handle materials; clean equipment; and maintain job sites. Safety is a priority; you'll actively participate in our health and safety program and follow all workplace policies. Additional duties will be assigned by the site supervisor as needed.

Pay & Schedule

We offer $20–$25 per hour based on experience, with overtime paid in accordance with Alberta legislation and monthly pay on the 1st of every month. We provide hands-on training, daily lunch, and a professional,



safety-focused crew culture. Robust performers are first considered for advancement and future seasons. This is a travel-based, seasonal position requiring work away from home across Alberta and potentially out of province, with 8–12-hour shifts including weekends and occasional nights.

Requirements & Apply

Required qualifications include previous road construction or asphalt maintenance experience, a valid Class 5 licence (Class 3 preferred) with a clean abstract, and the ability to work extended hours and travel extensively. You must be physically fit to lift 70 lbs, work outdoors in all weather, and be reliable, punctual, and drug- and alcohol free. Assets include an Alberta Flagging Ticket, First Aid, safety tickets, and experience with crack filling, paving, or skid steer operation.
