Job Summary
Experienced Site Foreman Required for Civil Construction Work:
Residential + Commercial Projects
Requirements
- Experience : Minimum 3-5 years of civil construction work experience
- Sewer and water experience 2 year minimum
- Knowledge of laser levels and/or Topcon GPS System is an asset
- Strong interpersonal + communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills including the ability to mentor and develop others
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations, safety standards, and quality control procedures in the construction industry.
- Conflict resolution skills
- Attention to detail
- Construction site experience demonstrating hands-on knowledge of field operations, safety protocols, and site logistics is essential.
- Skills in relationship building with established broad network of contacts including staff, trade partners,
inspectors and suppliers
- Knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations
Daily Responsibilities
- Accountable for managing the jobsite
- Ensure all site documents & permits are current and onsite
- Schedule equipment and material deliveries
- Responsible for mentoring new employees and providing team leadership
- Responsible for providing team with daily goals and objectives
- Responsible to maintain a clean and organized jobsite
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38.00-$45.00 per hour
