3PL Ventures Inc. is 60,000 sq.ft. cannabis cultivation facility based in Vernon, B.C. 3PL is a partially owned subsidiary of GreenTec Holdings Ltd., which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Avant Brands.

Job Description





- Cultivation, fertigation, pruning, plant transfers, harvesting.
- Cleaning facility.
- Hand trimming product.
- Producing Pre-rolls.
- Packaging cannabis flower in plastic or glass jars.
- Documenting all activities.
- Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
- Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Background

- Solid manual dexterity using scissors, snips and sheers.
- Ability to stay organized and follow SOP'.s
- Willingness to perform varied tasks as required.
- Experience in a similar setting.
- Ability to work in a team setting as well as independently.
- Attention to detail.
- Previous cannabis cultivation experience considered an asset.

Depending on grow cycles and government inspections, overtime hours are a must.
