Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Pilates Instructor to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and leading engaging Pilates classes that cater to a diverse range of clients, from beginners to advanced practitioners. This role offers an opportunity to promote health, improve flexibility, and enhance overall well-being through expert instruction and personalized attention. The Pilates Instructor will foster a positive, motivating environment that encourages clients to achieve their fitness goals while maintaining proper technique and safety standards.

Duties

- Lead group and private Pilates classes, demonstrating exercises with clarity and precision
- Develop customized workout plans tailored to individual client needs and fitness levels
- Monitor clients during sessions to ensure proper form and prevent injury
- Provide modifications and progressions for exercises as needed
- Educate clients on the principles of Pilates, including breathing techniques and core engagement




- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
- Track client progress and provide feedback to support their fitness journey
- Stay current with industry trends and continuing education to enhance teaching skills
- Promote a positive atmosphere that motivates clients and encourages regular attendance

Experience

- Proven experience teaching Pilates classes in a qualified setting
- Strong understanding of Pilates techniques, anatomy, and safety protocols
- Excellent teaching skills with the ability to communicate instructions clearly
- Prior experience working with diverse populations is preferred
- Certification from a recognized Pilates training program is highly desirable
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping clients achieve their fitness goals

Pay: $30.00-$60.00 per hour
