Scott Land has a long-term, very active client who needs an in-house Surface Land Coordinator to work in their surface group on contract, through Scott Land. This role is at the client’s Calgary office, five days a week, for one year on a maternity leave coverage. Starts mid Sept.

Skills required for success in this role:

- Track record of success working on demanding projects
- Strong technical land skills
- Ability to learn current things quickly
- Engaging personality and interpersonal skills
- An ability to effectively multi-task
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and highly organized
- Strong computer skills
- Freehold and Crown Surface experience

Your experience includes:





- 5+ years of Surface Land experience in Alberta
- Working knowledge of surface land procedures, relevant land legislation and regulations
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office products with strong Excel skills, and ability to integrate new software into daily workflows
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress
