Atlantic Growth Solutions (AGS) is a B2B revenue systems firm headquartered in Fredericton, New Brunswick, serving clients across Canada and the United States. We work with growing B2B companies in the $10M–$150M revenue range to diagnose what is constraining their growth and then install the systems, training, and people to fix it. Our four service lines are Sales Recruitment, B2B Lead Generation, Sandler Sales Training, and HubSpot RevOps.

About the Role

Reports To: VP, Growth & Operations Job Type: Full time, Permanent Salary: $60,000 per year base, plus commission OTE $70,000

Remote considered within Atlantic Canada

We are hiring a full-cycle Recruiter to deliver client search mandates, with a primary focus on sales and revenue positions, and to lead internal talent acquisition for AGS as the firm scales. This is a client-facing, target-carrying role suited to someone who wants agency pace with the backing of a firm that understands the roles it recruits for.

You will run searches end to end — from client intake through to offer acceptance — and will own the client relationship on your assignments. The role reports to the VP, Growth & Operations.

This position is based in Fredericton on a hybrid basis. A fully remote arrangement will be considered for a candidate with a demonstrated track record of independent, high-output recruitment delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Client Delivery

- Conduct client intake meetings and translate business requirements into an accurate role brief and search strategy
- Source candidates through direct outreach, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and market mapping
- Screen and assess candidates against defined competency and motivation criteria
- Present calibrated shortlists with clear written assessments
- Manage the interview process, coordinate scheduling,



and prepare both client and candidate at each stage
- Manage offer negotiation, resignation coaching, and closing
- Maintain accurate and current records in HubSpot
- Manage 8–12 concurrent searches while meeting placement and activity targets
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline in AGS's core markets ahead of client demand

Internal Talent Acquisition

- Manage AGS's internal hiring across sales, delivery, and operations functions
- Partner with the VP, Growth & Operations and functional leads on workforce planning and role definition
- Own the AGS candidate experience, including employer brand content and job postings
- Maintain internal hiring metrics including time to fill, source of hire, and offer acceptance rate

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (agency or corporate)
- Demonstrated direct sourcing capability, including placement of passive candidates
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent searches to deadline
- Comfort working to activity and placement targets
- Proficiency with an ATS or CRM
- For remote candidates: demonstrated success working autonomously in a distributed environment
- Legally entitled to work in Canada

Preferred Qualifications

- Recruitment experience in sales, revenue, or go-to-market roles
- Experience recruiting into the United States market
- Experience with HubSpot
- Familiarity with Sandler or a comparable structured sales methodology
- Prior internal or corporate talent acquisition experience
- Post-secondary education in business, human resources, or a related field

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
