Job title:
Test Engineer

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000
Position Status: Current opening

Principal tasks and responsibilities include:

- Set up and validate test stations, fixtures, and software for electronics products and PCB assemblies

- Perform test execution, troubleshooting, and diagnostics on electronic systems

- Support updates to test scripts, procedures, and fixtures during engineering changes

- Train and mentor technicians and operators on test processes

- Assist in data collection, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives

- Maintain test equipment through calibration and preventative maintenance

- Coordinate with engineering to support new product introductions and test optimization

Qualifications and pre-requisites:





- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent

- 5+ years of experience in test engineering or electronic troubleshooting

- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., LabVIEW, TestStand, Python)

- Hands-on knowledge of diagnostics, schematic review, and functional testing

- Experience in a high-mix, low-volume or contract manufacturing workplace is a plus

- Familiarity with ISO 9001 environments and Manufacturing Execution Systems preferred
