The Operations Administrator ensure smooth and efficient business operations while supporting both facilities management and operational processes. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, manage data, and maintain high standards of service and compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically capable, and committed to providing excellent support to both internal and external stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot operational and integration-related issues; provide onsite support for students, instructors, and staff.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and updating operational procedures and policies to maximize efficiency.
- Extract, clean, analyze, and present business and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.
- Explore data analysis methodologies and best practices relevant to educational and operational management systems.
- Maintain data integrity across Learning Management Systems (LMS) and interconnected systems through regular validation and reconciliation.
- Facilitate smooth transitions between systems, ensuring minimal disruption and accurate information flow.
- Support client and student relationships by providing tailored solutions, troubleshooting assistance, and proactive communication.
- Respond to student inquiries, requests, and technical issues,
coordinating with external partners when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and performance metrics; prepare regular reports for management.
- Identify operational risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and compliance.
- Manage general office functions, including ordering supplies, handling correspondence, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations, facilities management, business analysis, or a related role.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to optimize processes using data-driven insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Commitment to providing exceptional support and service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with data analysis, project management, customer relationship management (CRM), and Learning Management Systems is an asset.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
