Our expectations:
The Lumber Yard Associate ensures that the lumber yard is kept tidy daily and that customer's orders are picked efficiently and accurately.
Your role:
- Pick orders and fill out paperwork accurately
- Ensure the yard is kept tidy and presentable
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and addressing issues
- Work with the delivery coordinator to ensure orders are ready to go when needed
- Check off products received from vendors as per store policies and put them away
- Report to Warehouse/Yard Leads and Store Managers
The qualifications we are looking for:
- Experience driving a forklift
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Building Supply/construction experience is an asset, but not required
