We are seeking friendly and professional Servers and/or Bartenders to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

This role involves preparing and serving drinks, managing POS systems, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons. Prior restaurant experience, familiarity with Clover POS, and food safety knowledge are highly valued. The position offers an opportunity to develop skills in hospitality, food handling, and cash handling within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences
- Operate Clover POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their dining experience
- Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness of the bar area
- Maintain compliance with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies




- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Assist in serving food when necessary, ensuring timely delivery to guests
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment and prevent over-serving
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- Uphold high standards of hospitality, including proper food handling and sanitation practices

What you'll need to bring

- Valid ProServe
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in service/bartending roles
- Familiarity with Clover POS systems is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and tallying orders
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles that demonstrate excellent communication skills
