Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, experienced and energetic Airbnb Cleaner to ensure our short-term rental properties are spotless, welcoming, and ready for guests.

In this role, you will be responsible for transforming each space into a pristine haven that exceeds guest expectations. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will help create memorable stays and foster positive reviews.

Duties

- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the rental property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and entryways
- Change linens, make beds, and restock essential supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products
- Conduct detailed inspections to identify maintenance issues or damages that need attention
- Ensure all surfaces are dust-free, floors are vacuumed or mopped, and trash is properly disposed of
- Follow established cleaning protocols aligned with hospitality standards and health regulations
- Communicate with property managers or hosts regarding any concerns or repairs needed




- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring everything is in good working order for efficient operations

Experience

- Previous experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments preferred
- Experience with hotel or industrial cleaning practices highly advantageous
- Familiarity with cleaning tools and eco-friendly cleaning products
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure no area is overlooked
- Excellent time management skills to complete scheduled cleanings efficiently while maintaining thoroughness

Pay: $35.00 per hour
