The Basics:

Respond in a professional and courteous manner to arriving, departing and in-house guests by providing accurate and timely information and services. Respond to telephone, email, and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns.

Specific to the Front Desk position, we rely on you to:

Take pride in the product: Give guests a positive first impression of the hotel and amenities
Be in the know: Be involved in the community, aware of events and attractions, and pass relevant info along to guests
Take initiative:



Gather customer feedback and generate ideas that improve the guest experience
Tell our story: Help manage social media accounts, assist with brand building and property marketing activities
Strive for improvement: Positively accept and provide job-related feedback, work to exceed guest expectations and individual goals
