We are looking for an experienced Shop Foreman for client located in Scarborough to lead daily production operations in a custom millwork and cabinet manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will oversee workflow, supervise shop employees, ensure quality standards are met, and keep projects on schedule while maintaining a protected and organized work environment.

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily shop operations and production staff.
- Coordinate workflow between CNC, assembly, finishing, and shipping.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor production schedules.
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.
- Read and interpret shop drawings.
- Resolve production issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Train and support team members.

Job Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in custom millwork, cabinetry, or woodworking manufacturing.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CNC, assembly, and finishing processes.
- Ability to read shop drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
