About Us

Nove XVI is a fast-growing Toronto-based jewelry brand that specializes in premium waterproof stainless steel jewelry. We attend some of the city’s biggest markets and events, including the Canadian National Exhibition (CNE), where we create an exciting shopping experience for thousands of customers.

We’re looking for someone who loves talking to people, enjoys sales, and wants to grow with a small business. This role will begin at the CNE with the opportunity to continue working weekend markets and future events throughout the year.

Responsibilities

- Welcome every customer with a friendly, energetic attitude.
- Build genuine conversations that lead to sales.
- Help customers choose jewelry, sizes, and styles that fit them.
- Meet and exceed sales goals while providing excellent customer service.
- Keep displays clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the day.
- Set up and take down booth displays before and after events.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Learn our products well enough to confidently answer customer questions.
- Work independently by recognizing what needs to be done without waiting for instructions.




- Represent the Nove XVI brand professionally at all times.

What We’re Looking For

- Outgoing and comfortable starting conversations with strangers.
- Friendly, confident, and easy to talk to.
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent.
- Self-motivated—you don’t wait to be told what to do.
- Comfortable working in busy, fast-paced environments.
- Previous retail or sales experience is an asset but not required.
- Weekend availability is required.
- A vehicle is considered an asset.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
