- Previous experience taking the CASPer test is required.
- A robust CASPer result, preferably 4th Quartile (Q4).
- Previous tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or teaching experience is preferred.
- Current or recent student in medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, nursing, optometry, or another health-related program is preferred.
- Strong English communication and writing skills.
- Ability to provide constructive and individualized feedback.
- Reliable, patient, and comfortable working one-on-one with students
