Position Summary:

We are hiring Tactical Security Guards for a full-time, part-time, or casual position. This is a role to support enhanced safety operations in response to client and community needs. Guards will be monitoring designated sites and conducting regular patrols between key locations, with adaptable scheduling.

Responsibilities

- Maintain a visible and professional security presence




- Patrol multiple designated locations within a close area to deter unauthorized activity and ensure safety
- Monitor high-priority areas identified for increased attention
- Conduct regular foot and/or mobile patrols across assigned properties
- Respond promptly to suspicious activity, disturbances, or safety concerns
- Provide detailed incident reporting and daily shift logs
- Coordinate with supervisory staff for daily assignments and site updates
- Follow all company protocols and client-specific guidelines
- Maintain situational awareness and apply conflict de-escalation techniques when necessary
- Support safety and security operations during scheduled community events (if applicable)

Requirements

- Proven experience in law enforcement or security roles preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with clients.
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License is considered an asset
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License (Mandatory)
- First Aid/CPR/AED Certification (Mandatory)
- Smart Serve Certification (Mandatory)
- Must be available to work weekends. Open availability is strongly preferred.

Pay: $18.00-$19.65 per hour
