Rebar Labourer – Temporary

Our clients is working on an active construction site and requires some skilled concrete & rebar workers to complete the work over the next 2-4 months.

What You Will Be Doing as a Rebar Labourer:

· Read structural drawings and specifications to determine the correct size, shape, and location of steel bars.

· Cut, bend, and shape rebar rods using hand tools, power shears, or bending machines.

· Position rebar inside concrete forms, spacing them correctly and securing joints using wire and pliers.

· Work alongside concrete finishers, carpenters, and crane operators during pours and structural assemblies.

- Other duties as required

What You Should Have, as a Rebar Labourer:

· Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role (with concrete/rebar)

· Must have your own basic hand tools in a tool belt (screwdrivers, tape measures, pliers, hammer)

· CSA Boots/Shoes, Hard Hat, Safety Gloves, Safety Glasses

· Physical capabilities to complete the work safely and efficiently

· Working outside – weather permitted

In Return, You Will Receive:

· $20.00 - $25.00 (dependent on site and experience and will be decided before you start)

· 4% vacation pay accrued

· Overtime is paid after 55 hours

The Shift You Will be Working is:

· Day shift

· 10 – 12 hour shifts

· Monday to Friday





· This is expected to be a longer 2-4 month project but is subject to change at any time
