Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technician to join our innovative manufacturing and facilities maintenance team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the seamless operation of complex machinery and systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety. As a Technician, you will be instrumental in maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Duties

- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and electrical systems.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to diagnose issues accurately.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, maintenance history, and inventory management.
- Conduct welding and mechanical repairs as needed to ensure machinery operates smoothly and safely.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, and general building upkeep.
- Lead small teams or supervise maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining safety standards.




- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally while fostering a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

- Proven supervising or leadership experience within a manufacturing or facilities maintenance setting.
- Robust electrical experience with the ability to read schematics and troubleshoot electrical systems effectively.
- Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in welding, mechanical repairs, or equipment installation.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CMMS software, and schematic diagrams.
- Experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on facilities maintenance or equipment repair.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team coordination.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while maintaining safety protocols.

Pay: $37.00 per hour
