Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly assistance to ensure a positive experience
- Assist with daily operational tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness
- Support team members in fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and escalate concerns when necessary
- Maintain safety standards by adhering to health and safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve store performance




- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills

Experience

- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers and team members
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and point-of-sale systems are advantageous but not mandatory
