RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Warmly greet and welcome customers.

- Prepare items according to company recipes and standards

- Ensure proper food handling, labeling, and storage (FIFO method)

- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries

- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the workspace, including preparation areas and dining spaces.

- Consistently adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

- Handle customer requests and resolve issues or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices





- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Team-oriented with a positive attitude

- Work synergistically with the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Previous experience in food service, customer service, or a similar role is a plus.

- Good communication skills and a friendly attitude focused on customer satisfaction.

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends.

- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
