The Role
Oversee daily maintenance for commercial properties, leading a 3–4 person crew. You’ll be the primary on-site contact, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor crew in mowing, trimming, pruning, garden bed maintenance, and seasonal cleanups.
- Site Management: Coordinate daily schedules and ensure projects meet Green Collar's high-quality standards.
- Safety and Compliance: Enforce PPE use and complete daily mobile DVIR inspections and time tracking via the Aspire software app.
- Equipment Care: Safely operate and maintain trucks, trailers, zero-turns, and various hand/power tools.





Requirements

- Experience: 3+ years in landscape maintenance and 1+ year in a crew leader role.
- License: Valid G Driver’s License with a clean record.
- Truck and Trailer: Proven truck and trailer experience.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable working long hours outdoors in various weather conditions and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Availability: Monday–Friday day shift; weekend work as required.
- Asset: Previous experience in commercial snow removal.
- Transportation: Reliable Transportation to our shop is required.

Work Location: In-person

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Experience:

- commercial lawn maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (preferred)
