We are seeking a Core Logging Geologist to join our team at our Hammerdown Project near King’s Point, Newfoundland and Labrador.

Your Role in the Expedition:

As Core Logging Geologist, you’ll be part of a dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Logging of diamond drill core and preparation of reports related to drill core logging.
- Periodically performing field activities related to diamond drilling, visiting and working around diamond drills.
- Periodically directing field crews and diamond drilling contractors working on the project.
- As required, working in the field to conduct surficial mapping, sampling and geological investigations.
- Working with GIS, Leapfrog and related software and managing data related to field activities. Compilation and digitization of historical work reports and working with the database manager to ensure the ongoing maintenance of the company's digital databases.
- Preparation of reports and files related to drill core, maps, sections, other.
- Directing other staff,



specifically core labourers and geo-technicians to assist in the processing of drill core.
- Working with the management and geological teams to develop and implement a standards manual to ensure proper safety procedures are followed.
- Following all Health, Safety and Environment ("HSE") policies and standards implemented by the Company. Supporting the development of the Company's specific HSE policies and standards.
- Performing other related duties as required.

What you bring to the Field:

- Geology or Environmental Sciences Degree
- Experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills

What you bring to the Field:

- Long periods of standing.
- Heavy lifting up to 50lbs.
- Walking and working on uneven terrain.
- Working in seasonal weather.
