We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. Your role will involve engaging with customers, taking orders, and ensuring that every drink is crafted to perfection. Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including the coffee station and dining areas.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking their orders accurately and providing recommendations when needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate change is given to customers.




- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, pastries, and other supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Skills

- Proficient in using POS systems for order entry and cash handling.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons.
- Experience in food service or food preparation is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team workplace while maintaining individual responsibilities.
