Requirements:

- Previous automotive sales experience is required.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and professional.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must have an existing referral and client base to help generate sales.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs.
- Generate leads through referrals, networking,



and follow-up with previous clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Negotiate and close vehicle sales.
- Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, financing options, and promotions.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
