Canada Royal Arts High School (CIRA) is a private international high school located in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Position

- Admissions & Marketing Officer

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Vancouver, BC

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit domestic and international students.
- Develop and maintain relationships with education agencies, consultants, schools, and community partners.
- Conduct admissions consultations with students and families.
- Follow up on inquiries and guide prospective students through the admissions process.
- Organize recruitment events, education fairs, school tours, and open houses.
- Support school marketing initiatives, branding, and promotional campaigns.
- Expand recruitment channels in Canada, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, and other international markets.
- Meet and exceed student recruitment targets.
- Prepare recruitment reports and market development plans.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in student recruitment, admissions, education consulting, sales, marketing, or business development.




- Experience working with private schools, international schools, colleges, universities, or education agencies is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Additional language abilities, including Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Japanese, or Vietnamese, are considered assets.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
