JCJ Massage Therapy is a thriving multidisciplinary clinic in Toronto with a strong internal referral network and a steady flow of private-pay clients. We’re seeking a Registered Physiotherapist who values hands-on clinical care, clear communication, and high-quality patient experience—without sales pressure or rushed treatment.

The Opportunity (Not “Start From Scratch”)

You’ll step into:

- A strong internal referral stream from an established team (12+ RMTs and other practitioners)
- Consistent demand for orthopaedic / MSK cases, and pelvic health referrals if you provide this service
- A clinic culture that supports clinical reasoning, consent, and patient-centred care
- A schedule that can fill quickly (our previous PT maintained 5–10 clients/day, he moved to North)

Our Clinical Standards

We prioritize:

- Consent-based care and comfort discussing sensitive concerns
- Patient-centred pacing (never rushed, never sales-driven)
- Clear assessment, education, and follow-through
- Professional documentation and communication

Compensation (Transparent)

- Initial Assessment: $78 / 45 min (≈ $104/hr)
- Follow-up: $60 / 30 min (≈ $120/hr)
- Rates reviewed and adjusted annually
- Compensation structure and split were discussed transparently during interview

Qualifications

- Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Strong manual therapy skills (orthopaedic / neuro / myofascial welcome)
- Confident, collaborative, and clinically independent
- Pelvic health training (internal assessment/treatment) is an asset
