Diamond Vault Co. is a luxury jewellery company specializing in custom engagement rings, fine jewellery, and jewellery repair services through GTA Jewellery Repair.

We are looking for a polished, organized, and client-focused Jewellery Sales Coordinator to support showroom operations, customer communication, appointment booking, order tracking, and sales support.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, staying organized, supporting a sales team, and keeping customer orders, payments, and CRM records properly updated.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients and provide a professional showroom experience

Respond to phone calls, texts, emails, and social media inquiries

Support lead follow-up and appointment booking

Schedule consultations, pickups, and follow-ups

Provide sales support when the Luxury Jewellery Consultant is unavailable

Assist with quotes, customer questions, and showroom consultations when needed

Track jewellery repairs and custom jewellery orders from start to finish

Create and update customer files in the CRM

Monitor order stages, timelines, and outstanding balances

Track customer deposits, balances, invoices, and payments

Maintain accurate order, payment,



and bookkeeping records

Coordinate updates between management, sales, designer, supplier, setter, and bench jeweller

Keep paperwork, spreadsheets, CRM notes, and internal records organized

Qualifications

Experience in sales support, customer service, administration, office coordination, or bookkeeping

Strong communication and organizational skills

Professional, polished, and customer-focused

Confident speaking with customers

Strong attention to detail

Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, email, and office tools

Basic bookkeeping, invoicing, or payment-tracking experience is an asset

Jewellery, luxury retail, banking, hospitality, or sales experience is an asset
