Duties

- Prepare and assemble a variety of sandwiches according to customer specifications and company standards
- Engage with customers in a friendly, energetic manner, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sandwich station, including utensils, prep areas, and display cases
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure all products are prepared in a hygienic environment
- Restock ingredients and supplies regularly to keep the station fully equipped for busy periods
- Assist with opening and closing duties,



including sanitizing workspaces and verifying inventory levels
- Promote a positive team atmosphere by collaborating effectively with colleagues and supporting store operations

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and energetic approach to customer service
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices (training provided if needed)
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work quickly in a fast-paced environment
