Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. Previous restaurant experience and familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS are highly valued. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills in a agile environment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Operate POS systems efficiently, including cash handling and processing payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and food handling regulations at all times.
- Manage multiple drink orders simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management.




- Follow all food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; hospitality background is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and measuring ingredients accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to serve alcohol responsibly following legal requirements and company policies.
- Good communication skills and a professional appearance.
- Must be at least 21 years old (or age as required by local laws) to serve alcohol. This position offers an engaging work environment where your hospitality talents can shine while providing memorable experiences for our guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.80 per hour
