Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm and a positive attitude, making them feel valued from the moment they arrive
- Manage reservations efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS, and coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction
- Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing accurate information about wait times, reservations, and restaurant offerings
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand area, ensuring all materials are stocked and presentable
- Assist in managing waitlists during busy periods, communicating wait times clearly to guests and offering solutions to enhance their experience




- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow and guest satisfaction
- Uphold high standards of hospitality, including excellent communication skills, proper phone etiquette, and attentive guest interactions

Experience

- Previous experience in guest services or food service roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including reservation management systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with hotel or hospitality environments is a plus, demonstrating adaptability and customer-focused service orientation
- Knowledge of food service etiquette, POS systems, and basic restaurant operations will support success in this role
